Gene expression profile of sorted CD45+ immune cells from the colons of WT and 5XFAD littermate controlled mice

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is associated with changes in the gut including dysbiosis. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to understand changes in the immune landscape associated with AD Pooled colon immune cells from 3 female littermate controlled mice at 9-months of age from WT and 5XFAD groups were isolated using fluorescense-activated cell sorting (FACS) of LiveCD45+ cells and analyzed using scRNA-seq.
