we developed a non-GM genome editing method in P. ostreatus by utilizing the migration of Cas9 and gRNA between nuclei in the dikaryotic state (i.e. trans-nuclei CRISPR/Cas9. To confirm the lack of foreign DNA from plasmid sequences, we performed whole-genome resequencing.
