Analysis of altered gene expression in keratinocytes exposed to extracellular vesicles. In this dataset we include the respective expression data. 8 samples in total, 4 samples from control keratinocyte culture and 4 samples from keratinocyte culture exposed to extracellular vesicle from the same donor, respectively. The samples were RNA isolated, purified and subsequent analysed on the Affymetrix using the WT GenetTitan ST1.1.
