铁路客运车站人员流动多,重点部位多。原有的人防、物防的监控手段已不能满足现代的监控需求,安全隐患很难做到及时发现。大华智慧客运站视频监控解决方案,主要目的在于协助提升车站视频监控系统的智能化水平,改变纯人力查看视频来发现安全隐患的现状,以期达到“自动发现,无人值守”的智能化管理的目的。 智能安检:智能安检系统以AI代替人工,实现违禁品自动识别,违禁品联动报警。将安检图片以结构化信息展示,以技防辅助代替人防,减轻了一线安检人员的工作强度,提升了违禁品检出有效性,提高了安检信息化水平。 车站售票厅、安检口排队检测:售票口、安检口是人员大量聚集和逗留的区域,当排队超长时,会进一步加剧人员的聚集和逗留,可通过设备进行实时检测,当出现排队超长情况时,第一时间通知后台,协调增设窗口和安检通道。 站内求助:针对站内求助场景,根据旅客的求助信息,自动建立与后台监控中心的信息提醒。 人车数据结构化:客运车站人员流动多,车辆流动很大,重点部位多,通过视频数据结构化应用,可以提前对人员、车辆进行布控,当发现黑名单人员进站可以提前进行预警。当发生事故后可以通过视频结构化数据进行反向查询,可以对嫌疑人、嫌疑车辆的运动轨迹进行快速定位,阻止危险事故的进一步发生。 AR全景:以候车大厅实景视频地图及虚拟三维地图为载体,叠加视频物联设备以及各类信息资源,实现从点到面,从局部到全局的立体化防控。实现候车大厅的全景覆盖,全景图叠加摄像机标签化,便于管理,同时可以对画面进行划区框选,智能统计人群密度。 站台端头检测:站台区域采用雷球机联动方式实现入侵检测,雷达适合探测区域内的移动物体,并跟踪轨迹。将获取到的目标位置信息提供给球机,能很好的实现联动,将被动监控变为主动监控。对复杂的环境实行全方位保护,在入侵的人员或者车辆到达敏感区域之前发出警报。

The original human and physical guard-based monitoring methods can no longer meet modern monitoring requirements, making it difficult to detect safety hazards in a timely manner. The Dahua Intelligent Passenger Station Video Monitoring Solution aims to enhance the intelligence level of the station's video monitoring system, replace the current status of purely manual video review for safety hazard detection, and achieve the goal of "automatic detection and unattended" intelligent management. On-site Assistance: For the on-site assistance scenario, an automatic information reminder is established with the background monitoring center based on the passenger's assistance information. Structured Personnel and Vehicle Data: Railway passenger stations have high passenger and vehicle flow as well as numerous key areas. Through the application of video data structuring, personnel and vehicles can be pre-deployed for monitoring and control. Early warning can be issued when blacklisted personnel enter the station. After an accident occurs, reverse query can be conducted through structured video data to quickly locate the movement trajectories of suspects and suspect vehicles, preventing the further escalation of dangerous accidents. AR Panoramic Monitoring: Taking the real-world video map and virtual 3D map of the waiting hall as the carrier, superimposing video IoT equipment and various types of information resources, to realize three-dimensional prevention and control from point to surface and from local to global. It realizes full coverage of the waiting hall, labels cameras on the panoramic map for easy management, and can also select areas on the screen to intelligently count crowd density. Platform End Detection: The platform area uses a radar and PTZ camera linkage method to realize intrusion detection. The radar is suitable for detecting moving objects in the area and tracking their trajectories. The obtained target position information is provided to the PTZ camera, enabling excellent linkage, transforming passive monitoring into active monitoring. It provides all-round protection for complex environments and issues an alarm before invading personnel or vehicles reach sensitive areas.
