COMPETÊNCIAS DOS SERVIDORES DO PODER JUDICIÁRIO DIANTE DOS MODELOS DE GOVERNANÇA PÚBLICA

The purpose of this research is to analyse how the competences of civil servants in the judiciary are configured, with the aim of identifying the governance model of the Brazilian judiciary. The relationships between the competences of civil servants in the judiciary and public administration governance models were also analyzed in order to clarify the level of alignment and misalignment between the competences identified in the Brazilian public sector and these governance models. An exploratory qualitative approach was used, in which survey forms were applied via google forms, following ethical protocols established and approved by the Research Ethics Committee. The sample included 464 employees of the Paraiba Judiciary, complemented by a focus group of 5 experienced professionals. The data was analyzed using Atlas Ti 23.0 software. The results showed that the competences of civil servants in the judiciary configured a hybrid governance model, incorporating elements of the Traditional, New Public Management and New Public Governance models
