scRNA-seq of human osteoclast precursors

Bone homeostasis refers to the dynamic process of maintaining a balance between osteocytes and osteoblasts. This occurs through their coordinated activity in bone formation and resorption. We have performed on FACS-sorted GFP+ alive cells using the BD Rhapsody Single-Cell Analysis System single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq) profiling, simultaneously with a panel of 31 oligo-conjugated antibodies against cell surface protein markers (AbSeq assay) in order to study the differentiation process of osteoclasts.
