Malus domestica Transcriptome or Gene expression

To explore the genetic variations contributing to the phenotype segregation of apple fruit size, three hybrid plants with fruit weight less than 40 g and three hybrid plants with fruit weight more than 120 g were used for transcriptomic analyses from the F1 hybrid population as representative small-fruit group and large-fruit group, respectively. All of the hybrid plants were sampled at 7 ,14 and 28 days after anthesis respectively, in total 18 samples were used for transcriptomic analyses.
