资源简介:
There is a wide variety of microorganisms in the intestinal tract, and dysbiosis of the intestinal flora is directly or indirectly related to the development of many diseases such as colorectal cancer, diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, and even chronic metabolic diseases such as obesity and diabetes. Maintaining a healthy balance of intestinal flora structure and function is of great significance to human health. With the vigorous development of modern molecular biotechnology, the challenge of unculturable microbial research has been solved, making the study of intestinal microorganisms enter a new stage. Based on the amplification of 16S/18S/ITS sequences, researchers can perform PCA and PCoA analyses on a large amount of data by bioinformatics mean to derive whether there are differences in the main components of gut microorganisms between samples before and after the onset of disease.
