The code is mainly written through MATLAB Live script, the benefit of Live script is that you can see the results of the code. The MATLAB version used here is 2023b, and if it is an earlier version, you may encounter problems, I have not tried it with an earlier version. Each folder corresponds to each figure in the paper, Dataset is the data used by the code, Sharecode is the common code used by each figure, GenerateImbricatedSurfaces.mlx is the code used to generate the artificial gravel beds.<br>The Dataset contains the flume gravel surfaces I-250b, II-240 from Aberle and Nikora (2006) and the river bed data (Wai-b) from Smart et al (2002).
