Rock Wallaby Whole Genome Sequencing Data

Genomic study of Australian vertebrates aimed to understand their diversity and evolution. Whole genome sequencing data allows translate population genomics to study adaptation to phylogeography and speciation, through to macroevolution of large radiations. This research is supported by BioPlatform Australia (Oz Mammals Genomes) and ARC (DP16 - Chromosome change and speciation in rock wallabies).
