RNA-seq analysis investigating NF-??B dependent transcriptional response following hypoxia stimulation Overall design: HeLa cells were grown at 21% oxygen, treated with control siRNA and exposed to 0 hrs (control) or 24 hrs (control) 1% oxygen (hypoxia). HeLa cells were also treated with RelA, RelB or cRel siRNAs and exposed to 24 hrs 1% oxygen. RNA-seq was performed to measure differential transcript expression.
