A 3 mm thick para-sagittal slice of L2 vertebra from an 84 year old female embedded in PMMA then micro-milled block surfaces carbon coated for quantitative 20kV BSE SEM.<br><br>Later polished to remove coating and then imaged with high-contrast X-Ray Micro-tomography at 90 kV with 30 micron voxel size.<br><br>There is also a 3D VR model of this sample available : https://skfb.ly/6QSrZ<br>
