Raw data for the main figures of the paper: "Demixing fluorescence time traces transmitted by multimode fibers"

The files are the raw data for each main figure of the paper. For each figure, we included 2 tiff files (2 stacks of images): - The first one gives the measured footprints of the sources (ground truth). - The second one is the raw data (temporal sequence of images) acquired on the microscope for the specific experiment. This data is then fed to NMF algorithm for demixing.
