This dataset thoroughly and systematically sorts out the policy deployment of China's central authorities and all provincial-level regions (including provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in the field of artificial intelligence, covering a massive volume of policy documents spanning from the early e-commerce exploration in 2007 to the stage of deep integration of "AI + Manufacturing" by 2025. Through structured processing of thousands of regulatory and policy documents, this dataset accurately extracts core fields including policy-making entities, governance hierarchies, types of policy instruments, and the positioning of government roles, and comprehensively reconstructs the evolutionary trajectory of local governments in promoting technological innovation, optimizing industrial environments, and standardizing governance logic.
