Lysis-Hi-C for polymicrobial communities

This experiment tests the effectiveness of a new method combining conventional Hi-C library preparation with an initial in situ cell lysis protocol on mixed species cell communities or biofilms from mouse wound models with the goal of testing whether Hi-C links can be created between eDNA of adjacent cells or matrix eDNA.
