16s survey of microbial populations in Saudi Arabian soil associated with Rhazya Stricta rhizosphere

Total DNA was isolated on from different soil sites around Rhazia stricta plant located in Bahra (N21°26.4’, E39°31.8’), these sites contain extensive Rhazia stricta plants. Soil DNA isolation was done by Power Soil DNA isolation kit . Analysis of the deep sequences generated from the 16S V4 rRNA region amplicons was carried out to identify the phylogenetic diversity in the different samples.
