资源简介:
The data correspond to genetic variants related to inflammation, lipid metabolism, and platelet aggregation of subjects from northeast Colombia, and the covariables age, sex, education level, percentage of European ancestry, smoking, diabetes, arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia, and socioeconomic status.
We obtained these data to investigate candidate genes' association with Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS). Furthermore, to evaluate the effects of interactions between polymorphisms and smoking on Acute Coronary Syndrome.
The genetic variants are:
rs11206510
rs646776

rs1800872
rs1800896
rs1799964
