Proteomic Profiling of Treatment-Naïve Multiple Sclerosis Patients

This dataset contains high-resolution mass spectrometry–based proteomic profiles of four peripheral immune cell populations, CD4⁺ T cells, CD8⁺ T cells, CD19⁺ B cells, and CD14⁺ monocytes—isolated from newly diagnosed, treatment-naïve multiple sclerosis (MS) patients and matched healthy controls. The data include quantified protein expression values for each immune subset, enabling cell-type–resolved analysis of differential protein abundance and intercellular signaling networks. The treatment-naïve design captures early disease-associated molecular alterations without confounding effects of immunomodulatory therapy.
