资源简介：
This project deals with extremophilic microbial communities of hot water springs and hyper saline soils of Pakistan. Metagenome analysis of these extremophilic communities will provide insight to the uncultured diversity of yet unexplored microbes and it will also help in understanding of structure and dynamics of these microbial communities. Moreover, this project will also demonstrate about the evolution of these communities in extreme environmental conditions.
