ISO 4037-1 narrow spectra series measured with CdTe spectrometer and corrected using the stripping method

These data refer to the measurements of X-ray spectra with a CdTe spectrometer. The raw data folder contains all the measured data. Inside it, there is a folder labeled 'First Series Calibration' that includes the Am-241 spectra for calibration and qualities N80, N100, N120, and N150. Additionally, there is another folder with a different Am-241 spectra for calibration and the qualities N10, N15, N20, N25, N30, N40, and N60. They were corrected using the Stripping Method and are stored in the folder labeled 'Corrected Data.
