ZIP-file containing widefield images from NCI (RFP) 3D mono-cultures and co-cultures (Cancer Associated Fibroblasts, Normal Fibroblasts, Human Dermal Fibroblasts, GFP) embedded in alginate capsules and grown in a stirred tank bioreactor. Images are RGB with the RFP, GFP and brightfield channels represented by red, green and gray colors, respectively. The pixelsize is 1.84 micron. Images are in TIF format.
