从城市商圈发展主要功能、经济关系与实际需求出发，设计形成城市商圈竞争力评价指数，从商业成熟度、商圈人气度、客群活跃度、消费繁荣度、商圈贡献度五个方面，15个二级指数，33个指标综合评价城市商圈竞争力。

Starting from the core functions, economic relationships and practical demands of urban business district development, a competitiveness evaluation index system for urban business districts is designed, which covers five dimensions: business maturity, district popularity, customer group activity, consumption prosperity, and district contribution. The system includes 15 secondary indices and 33 specific indicators for the comprehensive evaluation of urban business district competitiveness.
