RNA seq analysis of SelO dependent gene expression in naive and activated mast cells

This project contains RNA seq data generated from mast cells to examine SelO dependent gene expression under basal and activation conditions. Four experimental groups were analyzed including wild type mast cells under naive conditions IgE only, wild type mast cells after antigen stimulation IgE plus OVA TNP, SelO deficient mast cells under naive conditions, and SelO deficient mast cells after antigen stimulation. Transcriptomic profiling was performed to compare genotype dependent and activation dependent gene expression changes. These data provide a resource for analyzing SelO related transcriptional responses in mast cells during IgE mediated activation.
