Published Orthogonal Replication, Independent External Asymmetry Across BioGRID and CORUM, and a Unique Stable-to-Fracture Outsider Frontier of a Native Fracture-State Family in a Computational Longevity Discovery Pipeline (Trinity Claims #87-#130, 2026-03-28)
收藏资源简介:
This version fixes the next mature external-validation milestone from the Trinity computational longevity-discovery pipeline. Claims #87-#130 establish an exact operational plateau for native fracture-state admission, orthogonal replication of the target TOP3A/RMI2/CCDC69 family in published huMAP3 layers, strong-core switch decomposition, exact same-core response algebra, a strict falsification protocol, an exhaustive assay scorecard, universal external quartet visibility, canonical stable scaffold convergence, and a final independent external asymmetry layer across BioGRID and CORUM. In official BioGRID human interaction space, the target is uniquely preserved as a stable-to-fracture outsider frontier: 3_to_0 in the full release and 2_to_0 under the stricter MV-Physical slice. In official CORUM outsider-level complex curation, the same target is the unique stable-only family, with stable outsider RMI1 returning 5 human complexes and fracture outsider PITRM1 returning 0, while the only non-target positives occur on fracture outsiders. This package contains the milestone report, claim documents, source notes, extracted comparative evidence tables, source files, and publication materials for the first cross-archive demonstration that the Trinity target carries reproducible independent external asymmetry across pairwise and complex resources. This is a computational discovery and preregistration package and not a completed causal validation study.
