RNA-Sequencing of NT2-D1 cells with CBX2 knockout (CRISPR/Cas9)

Sex development is an important process in all vertebrates, which has still not been completely elucidated. One of the known factors is Chromobox Homolog 2 (CBX2), which has been identified in a 46,XY girl with double heterozygous variants and CBX2.1. We performed a complete CRISPR/Cas9-CBX2 knockout in Sertoli-like cells (NT2-D1), in order to expand our knowledge about the influence of CBX2 in human sex development.
