Somatic Mutations in the Tumor and Peritumoral Edema of Adult Diffuse Gliomas

The goal is to characterize the somatic mutations in the bulky tumor and unresected peritumoral edema of adult diffuse gliomas. Bulky tumor samples and peritumoral edema samples were collected from twenty-two adult diffuse gliomas including glioblastoma, astrocytoma, oligodendroglioma, and NF1-related low-grade neuroglioma for next-generation sequencing to compare somatic mutation profiles.
