The present research seeks to predict the readiness for change in terms of epistemological beliefs, psychological resilience and social support, study the differences between males and females and between scientific and literary disciplines in the level of change readiness among students of the Faculty of Education Alexandria University (N= 290); the current research was based on the correlation coefficient "Pearson", the "T" test for independent samples, Two Way Anova, and Linear Regression Analysis; The results resulted in a statistically significant inverse relationship between knowledge certainty and change readiness, a statistically significant positive relationship between psychological resilience and change readiness, a statistically significant positive relationship between social support and change readiness, No statistically significant differences in the change readiness as a result of the difference of gender (male-female), specialization (scientific-literary), and interaction between them, with the possibility of predicting the change readiness in terms of knowledge certainty, psychological resilience and social support among students of the Faculty of Education Alexandria University, Recommendations and Proposed research have been proposed in the light of the research results.
