Rainbow trout RNA-seq from Swanson clonal line (13 tissues) and two tissues from pooled samples

In this study, non-normalized cDNA libraries were sequenced from 13 different tissues of fish from the Swanson YY male doubled haploid rainbow trout and two different tissues of pooled rainbow trout from a domesticated aquaculture strain (NCCCWA). This study provides comprehensive de novo transcriptome information that is suitable for functional and comparative genomics studies in rainbow trout, including annotation of the genome.
