This qualitative multiple-case study examines how 14 Indonesian lecturers integrate Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles into their daily instruction to bridge the gap between student access and academic success. The findings reveal an "Emergent" level of implementation, driven by lecturers' self-efficacy and motivation but challenged by technical constraints and a lack of alignment between university policies and practical classroom needs.
