数据应用单位产生，数据应用单位按照自身需求，向省大数据管理局申请具体数据表的数据应用，一次申请通过的场景中含有的多个数据表对象，申请时可以申请数据表中全部数据项也可以只申请1个或几个仅需要的数据项，数据集关联具体表和字段信息。

This dataset is generated by data application units. These units apply for data utilization of specific data tables from the Provincial Big Data Management Bureau according to their own needs. A single successfully approved application may include multiple data table objects. During the application process, applicants can request either all data items in the data tables, or only one or several specifically required data items. The dataset is associated with specific table and field information.
