Data Set Real-Time Systems Survey

Release NotesThis archive contains the data set for the paper "An Empirical Survey-based Study into Industry Practice in Real-Time Systems", published at the 41st IEEE Real-Time Systems Symposium (RTSS), and the extended journal article entitled "A Comprehensive Survey of Industry Practice in Real-Time Systems", published in Real-time Systems. Link to article:https://www.akesson.nl/files/pdf/akesson21-rts.pdfSurvey participants were guaranteed that the survey was anonymous and that only aggregated data would be made public. The data set contains summary data that has been exported from SurveyMonkey as an Excel spreadsheet. Open-ended responses have been included, but logged response dates for those responses have been manually redacted to prevent open responses to different questions from being linked. The e-mail addresses of participantsthat volunteered to be contacted for follow up have also been manually redacted to ensure privacy and anonymity.
