Sequencing Data with 10\/30\/60 PCR Cycles

This is a DNA-storage-focused sequencing dataset that includes data obtained after 10, 30, and 60 cycles of PCR amplification. The sequencing data were obtained from a synthesized pool of 11,520 oligonucleotides, each 150 bases in length. These oligos were synthesized using inkjet printing technology at Twist Bioscience and subsequently served as template strands for PCR amplification. After 10 cycles of amplification, sequencing 4,970,786 reads to generate Dataset PCR10; after 30 cycles, sequencing 11,001,029 reads to generate Dataset PCR30; and after 60 cycles, sequencing 11,180,177 reads to generate Dataset PCR60.
