Characterization of the vlVMH estrogen receptor a (ERa) neurons

We report single-cell RNA-seq (patch-seq) data from the vlVMH ERa neurons Overall design: 11-week old virgin female ERa-ZsGreen mice (n=3) in diestrus and PPD5 lactating ERa-ZsGreen dams (n=3) were used for sample collections. We collected the cellular component of each ERavlVMH neuron after the recording. The samples were then transferred into a PCR tube. Samples were composed of one single neuron each.
