Extended image data supporting Figures S1, S2, S5 and S8 in the publication Sharrock et al. Development. This data shows images of Drosophila embryos labelled by in situ Hybridisation Chain Reaction (HCR). In the publication Sharrock et al. Development, we do not show all fluorescent labels, because of limits of space. In this extended data, we show the images with all fluorescent labels we generated, typically labelling i) the gene of interest ii) a parasegmentalj boundary marker, slp1, ftz or wg and iii) a membrane marker, pTyr.
