Dynamics of seedling emergence and field germination of sugar beet seed depending on seeding rate and hybrid (2011) (Table 5.10, Kykalo PhD thesis)

This dataset contains Table 5.10 of the PhD (Candidate of Sciences) thesis of M. M. Kykalo: "Dynamics of seedling emergence and field germination of sugar beet seed depending on seeding rate and hybrid (2011)". Experiment: Experiment 4 – yield formation and root quality of sugar beet depending on hybrid and seeding rate. Factor A – hybrid: Anichka, Shevchenkivskyi, Umanskyi ChS 97, Leopard; factor B – seeding rate: 8.6 and 7.1 seeds/m; 2009–2011. Table variables: Hybrid; Seeding rate, seeds/m; Seedlings on day after first emergence, %; Seed germination, %. Field trials were conducted on the experimental plot of Greenline Agrogroup LLC (Yarmolyntsi district, Khmelnytskyi region, Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine; podzolized medium-loam chernozem); laboratory trials at the Research and Educational Centre of Bila Tserkva NAU. Sown plot area 64.8 m², harvested plot area 54.0 m², three replications, randomized layout; fertilizer background – manure 40 t/ha + N₁₀₀P₈₀K₁₂₀. Statistical reliability is supported by the Least Significant Difference (LSD₀₅) values provided in the table. Note: * numerator – laboratory germination, denominator – field emergence.
