To get an insight into the time-resolved gene expression response elicited by different heavy metals, we treated the cell line 1321N1 with cadmium, mercury or arsenic for 1.5h, 3h, 6h, 12h and 24h and performed QuantSeq 3'-mRNA sequencing. The 1321N1 cell line was treated with 2.3 µM cadmium chloride, 20 µM mercury chloride or 2.55 µM sodium metaarsenite for 1.5h, 3h, 6h, 12h and 24h. Non-treated (nt) conditions were included for each timepoint. All conditions were performed in technical triplicates. The gene expression analysis was performed via QuantSeq 3'-mRNA sequencing.
