Single-nucleus transcriptomic analysis of cortical tissue from WT and H2BE-KO young adult mice

Single-nucleus Drop-seq was used to profile transcriptional changes upon loss of H2BE in nuclei isolated from the cortex of young adult mice Overall design: Nuclei were isolated from cortices of 2-4 month old WT and H2BE-KO mice. Nuclei capture and library preparation was performed using single-nucleus Drop-seq (n=3 biological replicates per genotype).
