Assessing the consistency of multi-laboratory sequencing of matched SARS-CoV-2 isolates

72 matched samples of SARS-CoV-2 from routine diagnostic extracts were sequenced at two laboratories to assess the consistency of sequencing results. Assembled genomes were compared in a series of pairwise comparisons, noting any base-by-base differences and any differences in Pango lineage assignment and/or differences in placement in a phylogenetic tree.
