Plasma extracellular vesicle (EV) miRNA profile before and after the administration of PRI-724 in patients with liver cirrhosis 18 patients with liver cirrhosis received PRI-724. Plasma samples were obtained before and after the administration of PRI-724 and plasma EVs were collected using the TIM4 method (Wako). Comprehensive miRNA microarray analysis was performed for the collected EVs using 3D-Gene (Toray).
