Supporting data and reproducibility files for ctDNA- and cfDNA-based liquid biopsy in bladder cancer and urothelial carcinoma

This dataset provides the supporting data and reproducibility materials for the manuscript “ctDNA- and cfDNA-based liquid biopsy in bladder cancer and urothelial carcinoma: bibliometric mapping and cross-database coverage analysis, 2008–2025” (Frontiers in Oncology manuscript ID: 1906152). The study used the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) as the primary database for bibliometric mapping, while Scopus and PubMed/MEDLINE were used as database-coverage comparators. After deduplication and eligibility assessment, the final WoSCC dataset comprised 494 main-analysis records, 698 contextual records, 700 excluded records, and one report that could not be retrieved. The deposit contains complete executable search strategies for the three databases; compact publication lists; independent screening and adjudication records; exclusion reasons; PRISMA flow counts; cross-database matching and coverage results; citation and disease-scope sensitivity analyses; keyword-cleaning dictionaries; VOSviewer maps and networks; CiteSpace configurations, cluster summaries, GraphML files, and burst-detection outputs; figure-source data; and archived analysis and quality-control scripts. Complete licensed WoSCC and Scopus export files are not redistributed. The deposit excludes complete abstracts, author-address fields, and complete proprietary cited-reference records. The shared materials consist of non-proprietary identifiers, screening annotations, derived statistics, cleaning rules, software outputs, and reproducibility files. Local file paths in archived scripts should be adapted before reuse.
