Biopsy of pulmonary nodules

A total of 79 patients with early lung cancer confirmed by pathological examination were enrolled at Wuxi People's Hospital in China.Next-generation sequencing with a 618-gene panel was performed to analyze tissue DNA samples derived from these patients,to discover the gene mutations in early lung cancer.The cohort included 11 cases of adenocarcinoma in situ, 20 cases of minimally invasive adenocarcinoma, and 48 cases of invasive adenocarcinoma.
