Metagenomic analysis of Cow dung, Cow urine and Jeevamrit bioformulation of indigenous Himachali Pahari, Sahiwal cow and exotic Jersey cow for microbial diversity

We have analyzed the microbial diversity of cow dung, cow urine, and Jeevamrit bioformulation of indigenous Himachali Pahari, Jersey, and Sahiwal cows to find out significant differences, if any, present in the microbial diversity by using whole metagenome through next generation sequencing analysis.
