We profiled mouse tumor organoids (MTOs) in complete stem cell media and in medium without EGF or in the presence of TGFb Comparison of 2 different MTOs per each genotype (2x AKP + 2x APT). AKP MTOs (54 and 220) were cultured in full stem cells medium (+6) or without LY/+TGFb. APT MTOs (100 and 101) were cultured in +6 and without EGF.
