Prevention of overweight in infancy 3.5 year point

POI was a 4-arm RCT undertaken in Dunedin, New Zealand from 2009 and 2015. The study aimed to determine whether additional education and support for parents regarding infant sleep (Sleep group); food, activity and breastfeeding (FAB group); or both (Combination group), reduced excessive weight gain as compared to usual care (Control group) at the end of the intervention (2 y of age) and after 3 y of follow-up (5 y of age). This submission relates to amplicon sequencing of faecal DNA from 3.5 year-old participants.
