landscape Protected Areas-2020-09-02
收藏资源简介:
Area delimitations of existing landscape protected areas (LSG) pursuant to Section 26 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act of 29 July 2009 [BGBl. I p. 2542] (last amended 6 October 2011 [BGBl. I p. 1986) in conjunction with: § 15 Landesnaturschutzgesetz of 24 February 2010 [GVOBl. Schl.-H. S. 301] (last amended 13 July 2011 [GVOBl. Schl.-H. p. 225]). **Projection:** ETRS89, GRS80-Ellipsoid, UTM Zone 32, with leading 32 in east value (EPSG code: 4647) transforms from: DHDN90, Bessel Ellipsoid 1841, GK 3.Strip (EPSG code: 31467) with the method: DHDN90; GK 3.Strips; National Surveying/Transformation Approach according to Form Function (SH-Trans) **Measurement scale:** 1:25,000 ### Attributes — Categor = protected area category LSG — landscape protected area — Existed = status of expulsion 1 = legally binding LSG — Territorial no = number of the existing protected area (lfd. no. per county) — Territorial name = name of the existing protected area — Regulation = date of the original regulation — AEND_VO = date of the last modified amendment Regulation (modification of geometries) — Year = year in which the protected area entered into force for the first time. (In case of extension different information is possible) — District number = district code (1 = city Flensburg, 2 = city of Kiel, 3 = city of Lübeck, 4 = city Neumünster, 51 = district Dithmarschen, 53 = district Hzgt. Lauenburg, 54 = district Nordfriesland, 55 = district Ostholstein, 56 = district Pinneberg, 57 = district Plön, 58 = district Rendsburg-Eckernförde, 59 = district Schleswig-Flensburg, 60 = district Segeberg, 61 = district Steinburg, 62 = district Stormarn) — Circle = circle abbreviation according to car signs (FL, KI, HL, NMS, HEI, RZ, NF, OH, PI, PLOE, RD, SL, SE, IZ, OD) — Erf scale = scale of the map base on which the geometries were digitised. — Remark = Notes on the understanding of digitalisation. — Info_Konta = link to the metadata in Preludio — Rechtsgrun = Source of the Ordinance on the Internet — Area_ha = total area size in ha (digitally determined size) ### Comments The responsibility for the designation of landscape protected areas lies with the districts as lower nature conservation authorities. The completeness of the data cannot therefore be guaranteed (depending on supply by the circles). The digital boundaries are by transmitting the analog these Regulation maps of the circles have been created. For detailed questions, the original cards of the ordinances (belonging to the circles/bottoms) Nature conservation authorities and the Land/Supreme Nature Conservation Authority) The *territory no* (as lfd. no. per district) is based on the following principles: 1. The order is derived from the date of the first regulation. 2. If several parts of the landscape are protected in a regulation, or if they are explicitly mentioned in the official/official list of the district, each part of the landscape will have its own number (and name). 3. If an LSG is removed, the corresponding polygons and records are deleted. This can result in jumps/gaps in the continuous numbering. 4. Within an already protected area, Sub-area designated as LSG will receive a new lfd. number (and name). In the dataset, in the field *Year* — as an indication of the end-to-end or previous protection — the indication of the previous LSG is taken over. Within the State Office, identical numbers are used in the GIS, in the Protected Area Register (SGK) and in the file plan. The reference number for LSG is as follows: 5322.1-, hereinafter the circle identification number and the lfd. No. (completed for OD, OH, PI — otherwise, so far only the agreement between GIS and SGK) There may be different numberings between the registers of the districts and the Land Office.
