T-RICE DATASET

T-Rice, a new dataset comprising 2500 images of various rice varieties in Vietnam, collected by our research team. This dataset includes five distinct categories of Vietnamese rice: Bac Thing, Bac Huong, Campuchia, Gao lut, and Lut huyen rong, with 500 images per category. These varieties represent a diverse set of rice types commonly found in Vietnam. We utilize T-Rice to specifically evaluate the performance of our framework on the task of rare rice recognition in a real-world scenario within Vietnam.
