HPLC-ESI-MS characterization of phytochemicals in Serghina extract

HPLC analysis of serghina (2024) extract was performed on Thermo Fisher Scientific Dionex Ultimate 3000 HPLC System, equipped with the Ultimate 3000 RS Variable Wavelength UV DAD. DAD was performed in-line in UV–VIS spectra in the range of 200 to 800 nm. An Acclaim Polar Advantage column (5µm - C18 - 250 mm x 4.6 mm) was used at 30°C. Data acquisition was performed by Thermo Fisher Scientific Xcalibur software (version 3.1).
