Ground-Dwelling Arthropod Communities and Soil Properties across Three Forest Stands in Montesinho Natural Park, Portugal

This dataset contains taxon-level abundance data for ground-dwelling arthropods collected using pitfall traps during four seasonal sampling campaigns, together with soil properties measured at the corresponding traps. Sampling was conducted in holm oak (Quercus rotundifolia), Pyrenean oak (Quercus pyrenaica), and maritime pine (Pinus pinaster) stands in Montesinho Natural Park, northeastern Portugal. The dataset supports analyses of taxonomic and functional community structure, seasonal variation, differences among forest stands, and associations between arthropod communities and edaphic gradients.
