Neoadjuvant Lorlatinib in Stage III ALK-fusion Lung Cancer: Clinical and Spatial Multi-omics Analysis of LORIN study

This dataset contains spatial omics data generated from a single-arm, multicenter phase II clinical trial evaluating lorlatinib as neoadjuvant treatment in stage III ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Spatial profiling was performed on paired pre-treatment and post-treatment samples to characterize therapy-associated remodeling of the tumor microenvironment. Two AnnData objects are provided. The first file, ALK_CODEX_concat.h5ad.gz, contains CODEX spatial proteomics data. The second file, ALK_Xenium_concat.h5ad.gz, contains Xenium spatial transcriptomics data. Both files represent merged datasets across all profiled samples and include cell-level annotations, spatial coordinates, sample metadata, and low-dimensional embeddings. The uploaded files are gzip-compressed AnnData files with the suffix .h5ad.gz. They do not need to be manually decompressed before use.
