资源简介:
By performing PRMT5 knockdown in the human tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell line UM1, we analyzed the effects of this treatment on the global gene transcription level and its impact on the genomic binding capacity of the transcription factor ΔNp63α. Using genomic binding data supplemented with the histone activation marker H3K27ac, we identified a significant impact of PRMT5 on the transcriptional regulatory capability of ΔNp63α. To investigate how PRMT5 affects the transcriptional regulatory capacity of ΔNp63α, we performed RNA-seq and CUT&Tag analyses on UM1 cells under control (shGFP) and PRMT5 knockdown (shPRMT5) conditions.
